The Young and Prosperous Foundation provides transformative programs centered on mentorship, higher education, and wellness, ensuring that students receive the support they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
As a Community Scholars Initiative Partner with The San Diego Foundation and a Wellness Partner with Live Well San Diego, we are deeply committed to educational success and the holistic well-being of every student. Our programs have proudly achieved a 100% high school graduation rate and 100% college acceptance rate, empowering students to unlock their full potential.
In the San Diego Promise Zone, our efforts have led to a 60% decrease in chronic absenteeism and a remarkable rise in school engagement. Across San Diego County, we have helped achieve an overall 65.5% reduction in chronic absenteeism, creating a lasting impact on students, families, and communities.
